Richverse (“we”) is a game operated by [OWNER], [COUNTRY]. This policy explains what we collect when you play, why, who can see it, and how you can download or delete it. Contact: support@richverse.app.

What we collect

• Your account: email address, a password (stored only as a secure hash), and the display name you choose.
• What you choose to add: a profile photo, your country, a title and the pieces in your vitrine.
• What you do in the game: your virtual credits, the virtual pieces you buy or win, your bids, achievements and wishlist, with their dates.
• On your device only: your sign-in token, your language and your vibration setting.

We don't collect your contacts, location, advertising identifiers or payment card details, we don't show ads, and we don't use third-party analytics or tracking.

Why we use it

To run your account and the game: keeping your balance and collection, ranking the leaderboards, running auctions, keeping the game fair, and answering you when you contact us.

Who can see it

While your profile is public, other players see your display name, photo, country, title, card, rank, vitrine, achievements and recent activity. Turn Public profile off in the app's Profile settings to hide them; your bids then show as “Private member”. Our team can see account details to support you and to remove inappropriate photos.

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the companies that host our servers and database (Railway), and when the law requires it.

Purchases

If you buy credit packages, the payment is handled by Apple or Google. We receive a confirmation of the purchase, not your card details.

Your choices and rights

• Download your data: Profile → Download my data.
• Delete your account: Profile → Delete account. Your email, name, photo, country and sign-in are erased and you leave the leaderboards. Records of past transactions and certificates are kept without your personal details, so the game's accounts stay correct.
• You can also write to us to correct or delete your data, or to ask what we hold.

How long we keep it

While your account exists. After deletion, only the anonymous records above remain.

Children

Richverse is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and admin access needs a password and a code from an authenticator app.

Changes

We'll update this page when things change, and tell you in the app if the change matters.
